Plot[]

It's the wedding bell blues for a young woman who wakes up on the morning after her bachelorette party with a dead stripper in her bed. Rachel Worth is getting married in just a few hours, but first she must try and piece together the hazy memories of the night before to find out who committed the ghastly murder.

Summary[]

Rachel Worth wakes on her wedding day to find a dead dancer in her bed. She remembers nothing of the night before, when her fiancé's sister, Kim, and friends Daphne and Sharon threw her a bachelorette party. Daphne remembers Sharon threatening the dancer, and wonders if Sharon killed him. Kim finds Rachel's phone, which holds a video of Rachel making love with the dead man. Did Rachel kill him? Or did Daphne, who never quite got over her love for Rachel's fiancé, Cam, do it to frame her rival?

When homeowner Lilith drops by, Rachel stalls her while the others move the corpse. Then Cam arrives. Still semi-intoxicated from his own party, he heads for the bathroom and finds the corpse. Rachel wants to postpone the wedding, but Cam insists that the nuptials proceed: under the terms of his grandmother's will, he will lose his $10 million inheritance if he is not married before his 30th birthday, which is the next day.

Attention shifts to Kim, who inherits if Cam fails to comply with the terms of the will. She spiked Rachel's drink (the reason Rachel can remember nothing) and conspired with the dancer to stage the simulated love session, which Kim recorded on Rachel's phone. Kim planned to use the video to derail the wedding, but when the dancer got greedy and demanded half the inheritance, she killed him and constructed an even better frame-up. Rachel and Cam get married. Kim is arrested, but is confident that Cam will spend the inheritance to hire an attorney and free her.

Opening segment[]

"Aloha! I see you've met Rachel Worth. Poor thing. Can you believe it's her wedding day? Certainly not a very auspicious start. A bride needs something borrowed, something blue, but certainly not something dead. I guess the silver lining in all of this is the corpse is not the man she's planning to marry. But with her ceremony on a private beach near Waikiki looming in six hours, she best fix this little hiccup that's threatening her big day. Otherwise, there could very well be a whole new meaning to the phrase, 'Till Death Do Us Part'."

Closing segment[]

"It's been said it's bad luck for a bride and groom to see each other before the wedding. Although, after the day they've had, I don't blame Rachel or Cam for throwing caution to the wind. As for lessons learned, it's an age-old question for women: Do you marry for love or for money? Luckily, though, for Rachel Worth, today, she doesn't have to choose. Mahalo."
